In our days more and more companies trying to collect energy from the oceans. Despite all efforts, energy collection was not too successful. But an Australian called BioPower plans to capture the ocean’s energy through nature. This method, called Biomimicry is based only on natural systems.

The Australian (BioPower) designed their BioWave ocean energy generation system only by replicating the motion of underwater plants due to ocean currents. They have designed a structure that looks like three pods on a stalk and this generate electricity due too ocean currents.

Biowave will assume a horizontal position till the mighty ocean calms down since the arrival of very strong currents may even destroy this system. So far this wonderful invention is tested on a pilot mode. And if it will succeed, vast areas of Australia will have energy.

Soon, if all goes well, we can eliminate conventional energy sources and we will have energy only from the ocean. I hope that this project be successful because this is a big step in our environmental future.
