More and more buildings from India will adopt environment-friendly technologies, but the ambitious project Cyber Park IT Hub is intended to be the greenest building from the Asian country.

The complex will be located in the sector 67 from the city Guargaon,
The complex will be located in the city Guargaon of 67, the newest destination and business center. The park will be built on an area of 500 square kilometers and will have technical assistance for wireless networks, on optical fiber connectivity and power generatorfor the entire building in case if the current is down.

Also, the park design will facilitate the implementation of several environmental strategies. The building will be efficient in terms of energy, which will significantly reduce energy costs. Natural light will come in areas with offices without to warm the structure, which reduces energy consumption during the day.

These environment friendly measures will reduce energy consumption by approximately 35%. The complex was created by Christopher Charles Benninger Architects, a prestigious architecture firm.
